Although we pay a lot of attention to the selection of engineers that fit the culture of your company, in practice it may turn out that there is not a good match. That is why we agree a trial period of 3 months with our engineers as standard. During this period there is a “no notice period” applicable. This means that the employment can be terminated immediately. During this period we keep close contact with the hiring manager. In our experience, 3 months is enough to assess the new employee on the most important aspects such as technical knowledge and the ability to be productive within the team. In some cases, different agreements may be made. These are then included in the employment order that is offered to the customer upon commencement of employment.
Unless other agreements have been made in writing, a notice period of 1 month always applies after the trial period and without stating reasons. This also applies vice versa to the engineer. A notice period of 6 months applies to Team4Code, subject to cancellation by the engineer and subject to conditions. Flexibility and continuity go hand in hand in this way.
